An eco-conscious composition Among other things, our Aloé R cradle/landau mattress cover is named for "Recycled." In fact, all the polyester fibers originally used in the mattress cover have been replaced by recycled polyester fibers. Make no mistake, recycled polyester offers several advantages over virgin (non-recycled) polyester:
Reduced waste and pollution: By using recycled polyester, Kadolis reduces the amount of plastic waste in the environment (reusing existing materials instead of producing new raw materials) Conservation of resources: Recycling polyester uses fewer natural resources (such as crude oil), since recycled polyester is made from PET plastic bottles, textile waste or other existing sources of polyester. Smaller carbon footprint: The production of recycled polyester generally requires less energy than the production of new polyester. As a result, it helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impact of climate change. Promotion of a circular economy: The use of recycled polyester promotes the concept of a circular economy by encouraging the reuse of materials, thereby extending their lifespan and reducing the need to produce new materials. Naturally flame-retardant: The big advantage of polyester, and why we chose it, is that it has naturally flame-retardant characteristics, so we don't need to add chemical treatment. What's more, this integral cradle/landau mattress cover features a TENCEL™ Lyocell and polyester fabric for plush comfort. TENCEL™ Lyocell is a natural material made from wood pulp, with a natural thermoregulating effect that helps you sleep at the optimal temperature. Finally, the Aloe Vera coating (a widely used plant known for its medicinal and cosmetic properties) on the cover ensures the mattress is exceptionally soft and naturally pleasant to the touch.

Reassuring certifications and standards for a chemical-free mattress cover The Aloé R baby mattress cover is fully OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification means that the product has been tested and meets strict safety and quality standards. This includes screening for harmful substances such as pesticides, heavy metals, allergenic dyes, regulated chemicals, and other hazardous materials according to Standard 100, which is one of the most widely recognized OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certifications. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification also ensures that the product meets ecological criteria, including limiting the use of certain environmentally harmful chemicals.
A fully removable mattress, ultra-practical! The fact that you're using a fully removable Aloé R junior mattress cover offers many advantages, especially for you parents!
Ease of cleaning: A removable mattress cover lets parents take it off for easy washing in the event of accidents, spit-up, or any other incident. This helps keep the mattress clean and hygienic. Simply machine wash the cover at a maximum of 30 degrees, with a spin speed of 500 rpm. We do not recommend tumble drying the cover; let it air dry instead. Durability and longevity: Removing the cover prolongs the life of the mattress. By washing the cover regularly, you can prevent the build-up of dirt, dust mites and bacteria that could otherwise impair the quality of the mattress. However, the mattress cover does not prevent you from using and protecting your mattress with a waterproof undersheet and a fitted sheet adapted to the size of the cradle: 40x80cm, 45x90cm, 50x83, and pram/crib: 72x33cm or 76x30cm.
