# I'm not there on the day of delivery, what can I do?

Before each delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery appointment on a weekday (Monday to Friday). This allows you to choose the delivery date.

If you are unavailable, you can reschedule the delivery or update the delivery address by contacting the carrier.
