# I've made a mistake with my order (wrong products, address, etc.). Can I change or cancel it?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be changed, so please check your order carefully.

However, we can cancel an order if it has not already been prepared and dispatched. Only customer service will be able to confirm the cancellation or not. An email confirming the cancellation will then be sent to you.
