What is the difference between the Aloe R and Aloe R New mattresses?

The Aloe R children's mattress is made from polyurethane foam. The Aloe R New children's mattress is the improved version. It combines polyurethane foam and a thin layer of latex, with two sleeping surfaces: firmer for under 5s, softer for over 5s.
